inner stand how you feel, I see you, because I have been there.

Before my own deep and meandering healing journey, I didn’t realise the truth of who I AM
for a very long time.
My True Self, my Authentic Self, my Whole Self was masked, hidden, hiding.

For much of my teens and well into my adult life, I was confused.
I didn’t know who I was BEING or what my calling was here.
Behind the scenes were many subconscious self limiting beliefs that held me back, with some core ones:
I am stupid, I cannot do this, I don’t know enough, I am unlovable and so on.
Very common belief systems and programming that many people have swimming around their heads.

I grew up in the countryside, as I was growing up I left my connection with nature behind and connected with all night raves and parties instead. I spent 20+ years in London, living a fast, fun life until the fun wore out and a long standing subtle history of addictive tendencies, anxiety, anxious attachment, avoidance, low self worth and many patterns took their hold.
I had one of many breakthroughs (breakdowns) over some years that took me deep into myself, my shadow, subconscious and unconscious.

I sought guidance and healing from various people and forms: psychotherapy, shamanic healing, plant medicine, past life regression, past life healings, body work, nature (in particular forests), spiritual practices and my own intuitive practices working with my own spiritual guidance.

My own inner child healing work has been the most humbling, worthwhile and challenging, I am so very grateful for all that has been.

Now I live in the countryside, and I am committed to guiding people in their inner child healing and so that they return home to their True Self.
