We are here to support you on your path to self-empowerment.
We support each other through discussion, collaboration, education and emergency support.

We also hold a regular Our Health Service (OHS) drop-in session at the Fellside Centre, Kendal, Saturdays 10-12. Please come and see us if you would like to discuss your health concerns with a caring listener, confidentially and free of charge. We have a growing community of practitioners who we can then introduce you to.
