Fruit vinegars
Adam
Easy to make fruity vinegars, amazing for dressings and all sorts of other things
Soft fruit
Cider vinegar
Half fill your jar or bottle with any soft fruit. Balckcurrants, gooseberries, raspberries, blackberrys, Strawberrys etc.
Top up with a light vinegar - I always use cider vinegar because I make gallons of it each year but you can use white wine vinegar if prefferred.
Seal and store for 2 months in a cool dark place before enjoying.
It's easy to find raspberry vinegar in the shops but blackcurrant is astonishingly good and doesn't seem to be available anywhere. Worth a try.
